We can provide support for the following commercial finance products:

Invoice Finance.
B2B companies can use invoice finance, factoring or construction finance to release funds tied up in unpaid invoices. Up to 90% of the value of unpaid invoices can be made available, providing cash secured against debtors. Fast and easy to set up, the facilities are designed to increase in line with the growth of your business. Bad debt protection is also available.
Commercial Mortgages.
Both owner-occupied and investment on most property types; retail, industrial and commercial units, offices, warehouses, professional practice premises, hotels and licensed premises, care homes, agricultural clients and land, residential investment, houses of multiple occupancy (HMO), semi-commercial premises with living accommodation.


Cashflow Loans.
Secured and/or asset backed loans. Up to £15m assessed on a multiple of EBITDA or LTV on assets. Fixed interest rate over a specified time period. Flexible repayment periods available which can be amortising and/or bullet.
Unsecured Business Loans.
An upfront capital amount without requiring security. Quick turnaround of funds – backed by a Personal Guarantee. Usually over a maximum term of 5 years.


Bridging.
Loans designed for the short-term. Raising funds at speed for circumstances that need to move quickly e.g. urgent debt, property development or conversion, re-finance, cashflow injection.
Asset Finance.
We can raise funds against both soft and hard assets, from IT equipment to plant and machinery for all sectors.


Property Development Funding.
A bespoke finance package for the purpose of funding a commercial or mixed use property development. These include, ground-up housing developments, holiday accommodation schemes, commercial developments, retail units and offices.
